Kerala Tourism, in partnership with UNESCO, will conduct the Spice Route Culinary Festival, an international competition that will feature prominent chefs from some 31 nations, between September 23-26.

KTM 2016 theme ‘Muziris and Spice Route’.
From September 1-8, Kerala Tourism will hold regional qualifiers for a Kerala Chef competition exclusively for local chefs. Standout contestants – selected by a judging panel of culinary professionals – will compete in the finals at Bolgatty Palace and Resorts in Kochi on the last day of the Spice Route Culinary Festival. Entries for the competition are open to both professional chefs and amateur enthusiasts. Application should reach on or before 08 Sept 2016.
